Author and reporter. Leo Damore was born in 1929 in Ontario, Canada, and moved to North Tonawanda, New York, with his family. He graduated from Kent State University in 1952. During his years on campus, he was a prominent writer for the Chestnut Burr and the Daily Kent Stater. Edward Moore Kennedy (b. Feb. 22, 1932, Boston, Mass.-d.
